Your decision to “Check the box” may save up to 8 lives through organ donation and heal up to 75 lives through tissue donation.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly and only one subsequent email to share your decision with family and friends. The Donate Life Donor Registry recommends you share your decision to become an organ and tissue donor with your loved ones.
